Raises the DataSourceViewChanged event.

The source of the event.
The OnDataSourceViewChanged method notifies a data-bound control that the underlying data source has changed and that the control should rebind and any necessary work should be performed. Typically, the OnDataSourceViewChanged method is called when a property of the data source view has changed.
The BaseDataList class sets the RequiresDataBinding property to true
when the DataSourceViewChanged event is raised.
Raising an event invokes the event handler through a delegate. For more information, see Handling and Raising Events.
The OnDataSourceViewChanged method also allows derived classes to handle the event without attaching a delegate. This is the preferred technique for handling the event in a derived class.
When overriding OnDataSourceViewChanged(Object, EventArgs) in a derived class, be sure to call the base class's OnDataSourceViewChanged(Object, EventArgs) method so that registered delegates receive the event.
