Definition

Gets or sets the name of the strong name identity.

public string Name { get; set; }

Property Value

A name to compare against the name specified by the security provider.

Remarks

A strong-named assembly contains a public key, a name, and a version. The name portion of the strong name is the simple name of the assembly; that is, the name of the assembly without the file extension. For example, to reference mylibrary.dll, set the Name property to "mylibrary".
