IE is not working in Windows Server 2012

IE is not opening in my windows server 2012 server.  but it will open if am opening in Administrator in the below path

C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Explorer\iexplore. 

Any one can help to resolve this IE issue. Appreciated the help

Hi,

Right click IE/IE shortcut, select Property – Security tab. Make sure that your user account has the full permission on it.

Turn off, then turn on the UAC. If possible, restart the server in clean boot/safe mode, and check the result.

If the problem persists, any change before this problem happened? Any Event has been logged?

Have you confirmed that if this problem will happen with another user account logged on?

Hi,

Double click IE shortcut on the desktop, is there no responding, or error message?

If you “Pin this program to taskbar”, then, double click the IE icon on the taskbar, would this work?

Try to Reset IE via Internet Options – Advances - Reset. Besides, try to re-set the IE as the default program.

If the problem persists, any change before this problem happened?

Hello Eve  thanks for response. 

I already done above steps, still not opening untill admin rights . 

IE will come with not respond message then immediately will close
