Hello,
Over the weekend my Azure SQL databae was disabled. There is now a Orange bar across the top of the overview page that says disabled.
Questions:
1.) How do you re-enable the database
2.) What caused it to be disabled?
Thanks.

Hello,
On the new portal, could you please go to “Help + Support” and then click on the “Resource Health” option under the “Service Health” section? Let us know if you find any reported issue.
Examine the activity log also.
/en-us/azure/azure-resource-manager/resource-group-audit
Hope this helps.
Regards,
