Hi.
my problem is really force . I create a project with asp core2.2 in visual studio 2019 16.3.6, i uninstall windows and install new version of it, install visual studio 2019 and run my project i faced with below error.

According to your description, please check if the .NET Core 2.2 SDK and Runtime has been installed on your new system. The download link:
https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet-core/2.2
Then re-run your project to check if it could work.
