Removing two step verification

I try removing it for Rockstar.com and it asks for a verification code from the app but the app never sends one. I just want this whole process gone. I want to remove this two step verification all together

Microsoft authenticator weird login attemps

Almost every time I open Microsoft authenticator it asks me to verify a login from some random corner of the earth that I have to deny. Can i prevent this? Does it mean my password is compromised?

Could not login to Azure Portal with MFA enabled on a particular tenant

Stuck in authenticator loop while trying to login to azure portal for the tenant  [Removed PII]. Could not raise the ticket also as it requires to login and when I try to login with another tenant its giving error while trying to navigate to the porta.

Login failed

Windows security asks me to login but the login keeps failing. The message is:  [Removed PII]@gmail.com Oops, something went wrong Whatever happened, it was probably our fault. Please try again.
