Character Limitation in Status Messages

My teams status text box no longer allows up to 250 characters and is cutting off around 160. How can I change that to go back to the previous character limitation?

I also tried to rest the status on both devices as well as manually set my computer to "available" and it still doesn't change until i open my phone app. I need my computer to show to my team. Please help

I can not change my time zone back to my local time

My Teams status is showing as 'available, out of office', which is wrong

I'm not out of office and don't have OOO switched on anywhere in Microsoft - it's not in Outlook or any of the other apps, nor on my work cell. I can't seem to get rid of this and just want it to show 'available'.
