Hidden and / or scrambled files

How can I get my 365 back to the original settings so I can access them easily. I can access the One Drive files directly but can't if I need to attach them to an email?

How to fix (IN S MODE) AppData\Local\Microsoft\OneDrive\Codes\8.0.0.54\avutil-60.dll

This is one of 4-5 errors I get on start up. MS help says uninstall onedrive, restart, the reinstall onedrive. Sounds good but onedrive cannot be reinstalled in S mode. Is onedrive a microsoft product? NOW WHAT??
