In excel mobile for Ios, I have list the capability to bring up the menu that allows me to copy a cell, delete rows, clear contents, etc. any help would be appreciated.
When I try to delete a row, clear cell contents, copy a cell, insert a row, etc, the menu that usually comes up to allow these no longer appears. It worked yesterday then just stopped midday. Please help.

Excel on my iPad does not respond to my keystrokes, it seems frozen.
When I open excel on my IPad and I attempt to enter data, excel does not respond with my keystrokes. I close Excel and reopen. On occasion this eliminates the problem. I have noticed at times that excel does not update on my other Apple devices.
