Survey responses going to default answer

I created and distributed a multiple choice survey. One of the respondents reported that the answers are going to default answers instead of allowing him to select the one he wants. Is this a pop-up issue?

writing an mcq questions with code snippets as options to answer choices

Hello I am trying to use MS forms to write multiple choice question quizzes with code snippets as options to answer choices, however, MS form does not allow multiline answer options (i.e. code snippets). Is there a work around to this problem? Thanks.

As the creator of a microsoft form, can I add a reply (at the end) to the original form to reply.

I have created a form where someone adds details and a query. Am I able to look at the submitted form, and then provide an answer on the same for. So I can send back so they a copy of their original query, and my reply? Cheers

Wrong date format

My Microsoft Forms profile locale is stuck on en-US. Tenant and user settings are UK, but new Forms still show M/d/yyyy. Classic Forms settings pages return 404. This requires a backend Forms profile locale reset to en-GB.
