My laptop 5748 inspiron keeps freezing and i have to manually shut it down every 3-5 minutes, i need help urgently.
It started happening on 8/05 and it hasn't stopped i tried leaving it alone, doing the diagnostic thing and on safe mode it does not freeze.

Laptop keeps bluescreening and im not sure why or how to check
my fan is currently damaged but it tends to crash within minuets and doesnt seem to overheat, it has happened 3 times 2 twice before doing system updates and once after in the past few days so im not sure if these issues are unrelated or not
