Is "Azure Subscription 1" the same as "Free Trial" subscription?

I started my free trial and never used it. Can I still go back and use it?

I cancelled my subscription because despite have a number of months left of free account I wasnt able to create free vm. Azure asked me to sign up to pay as you go, but still was not able to use the free resources. So I cancelled. Probably better to learn AWS and GCP.
