WFP test failed with FWPM_Provider on Windows 11+HLK 11

My WFP(Windows Filtering Platform) driver passed on Windows 10 + HLK 10 but failed on Windows 11 + HLK 11.
There are 2 fails.
- Validate WFP Usage -> Which can be passed with Errata.
- Based products must create and maintain at least 1 identifiying FWPM_PROVIDER provider object -> New for Windows 11.
Log says just "Fail" without any comments.
Anyone passed WFP test on Windows 11?

2021-12-07T09:01:27.213+00:00 1 different thing from Windows 10 is the value of Company Name in WFPLogo.wtl is encoded.
So I modified the Company Name to the same in WFPLogo.info file but failed again.
I am not sure this is the reason of failure.(example)
