Artifact Signing: Organization Validation Stuck in Progress for Over a Week

Problem description

I am seeking assistance because my organization identity validation for UPCSELL LLC in the Trusted Signing - Preview environment has remained in the 'In Progress' status since October 14, 2026. This delay is preventing me from creating a certificate profile for my organization. Despite submitting all required documents, including a business registration certificate and proof of domain ownership, the validation has not progressed.

What I've already tried

No diagnostic outputs or agent replies are available in the case record.
