    Hi,

Since your company is switching service provider, the first step should be to regain Global Administrator access to your existing Microsoft 365 tenant.

    I would suggest the following:

    1. Contact your existing service provider and request that they create or assign a Global Administrator account controlled by your company. If they still have the required administrative privileges, this should be the simplest approach.
    2. If the provider is unwilling or unable to assist, contact Microsoft Support and request escalation to the Microsoft 365 Data Protection Team for tenant ownership verification and Global Administrator access recovery. Microsoft Support: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/support/
    3. Explain your situation clearly: Your company owns the Microsoft 365 environment, but the existing service provider manages the administrative access, and you need to regain control of the tenant.
    4. Be prepared to provide your company registration details, tenant domain, subscription or billing information, and proof of domain ownership. Microsoft may request additional verification before restoring administrative access.

Once Global Administrator access is recovered, you can review and remove the previous provider's delegated administrative permissions under Microsoft 365 Admin Center → Settings → Partner relationships.

I would also recommend maintaining at least two company-controlled emergency administrator accounts going forward, so your organization does not depend entirely on an external service provider for administrative access.
