Artifact Signing organization validation failed after successful Verified ID - no reason or support case access

I need a request-specific review of a failed Azure Artifact Signing organization identity validation for Evatech LTD (United States).

What happened:

  • I completed the linked credential verification flow. The Microsoft Verifiable Credentials page displayed "Verification successful."
  • The Artifact Signing portal continued to show "Action Required," including after refreshing, and subsequently changed to "Failed."
  • The notification email only confirms the failure and directs me back to the portal. The portal provides no failure reason, corrective action, or document-upload option.
  • I have checked the submitted legal business name, address, and business information and confirmed they are correct.

The Azure support-request flow only returns suggested articles; I have not been able to submit a case. I have reviewed the setup guide and identity-validation FAQ, which do not identify the cause of this specific failure.

Signing account: evatechsigning
Region: East US
Identity Validation ID: 6502daea-6910-4392-91f9-cae76a7220cc

Could a Microsoft moderator escalate this to the Artifact Signing identity-validation team or provide a working private support channel?

Specifically:

  1. Which validation check failed, given that credential presentation reported success?
  2. What correction or supporting documentation is required, and where can it be submitted securely?
  3. Can this request be reviewed or reopened, or is a new request required after a specific correction (i have tried 4 times now)?

Please investigate this request or escalate it rather than referring me back to the same setup articles or support flow. I can provide the subscription ID and supporting documents through an official private channel.
