Azure for Students Account Rejecting Despite Eligibility

When I try to register for the student subscription, it says it is unable to confirm my university ID. I fulfill the requirements for the subscription. It will not let me populate the School name field, could this be the reason? Whenever I type my school and click anywhere else, it deletes the text in that field.
