Dear Microsoft Credentials Support Team,

I took the GH-300 GitHub Copilot exam on 10th April 2026. However, I cannot find my exam attempt or score report in my Microsoft Learn profile or Pearson VUE account.

Could you please verify my exam history and help me retrieve my GH-300 score report?

My registered email address is: ******@gmail.com

My exam date is: 10th April 2026

Sign in with the same personal Microsoft account used to schedule GH-300, check Credentials → Certifications → Past exams, and—because the normal 24-hour posting period has long passed—submit the missing-attempt case to GitHub Certification support if GH-300 is absent from both Learn and Pearson VUE.

    Retrieve the score report

    1. Sign out of Microsoft Learn, then sign back in using the personal Microsoft account used when scheduling the exam. Your contact Gmail address might not be the account used to sign in.
    2. Open Profile → Credentials → Certifications.
    3. Scroll to Past exams and locate GH-300.
    4. Select View details on provider site.
    5. On the Pearson VUE dashboard, select the home icon, then View Score Reports → View beside GH-300. Pearson VUE score reports include the overall score, pass/fail status, and skill-area performance chart.^1^

Microsoft states that most exam results appear within minutes and should be available in the Learn profile within 24 hours.^1^ Since the exam was taken on April 10, 2026, this is no longer a normal synchronization delay.

Check for a different Learn profile

If Past exams does not contain GH-300, try every other Microsoft account that might have been used during registration, including personal and work/school accounts. The email recorded as the Learn Contact Email is not necessarily the Microsoft account used for login, and multiple Learn profiles can cause an exam to appear under a different profile.^2^

    For each possible account, repeat:

Profile → Credentials → Certifications → Past exams

    Escalate the missing attempt

Microsoft’s support directory classifies GH-300 under GitHub Certifications. For a missing GH-300 attempt or score report that is absent from both systems, use the GitHub Zendesk support route listed in Credentials Support; issues involving technical exam delivery or scheduling instead go to Pearson VUE Support.^3^

    Include:

    • Exam: GH-300: GitHub Copilot
    • Exam date and approximate time, including time zone
    • Delivery method: online proctored or test center
    • Pearson VUE appointment/confirmation number
    • Learn username from Learn Profile → Settings
    • Microsoft account used to schedule the exam
    • Screenshots of:
      • Learn Past exams
      • Pearson VUE Exam History
      • Pearson VUE View Score Reports
    • Any completion, appointment, or Pearson VUE emails

Do not post your email address, appointment number, candidate ID, or other account details publicly. Microsoft Learn Q&A participants cannot inspect private exam records or retrieve a score report directly.

If the exam session had a delivery problem—for example, it was interrupted, revoked, or never completed—contact Pearson VUE Support instead, because Microsoft directs exam-delivery issues to the provider.^3^
