Microsoft Learn does not provide a reset button for a completed module; reopen Collaborating with Microsoft Teams and work through its units again from the beginning—the completed status will remain visible but does not prevent repeating the training.^1^

    Repeat the module

    1. Sign in to Microsoft Learn with the account you used previously.
    2. Open the Collaborating with Microsoft Teams module or learning path.
    3. Select its first unit from the contents list.
    4. Read each unit and redo the knowledge check or exercises as applicable.

Your completion badge, XP, and previous progress remain attached to the profile, but all module content remains available for review.^2^

If you require completely blank progress

Use a different Microsoft account and create a separate Learn profile. A Learn profile is required to track learning progress, achievements, and XP.^3^

Do not delete your existing profile just to reset one module. Profile deletion permanently removes all Learn data—including learning history, achievements, credentials, Q&A activity, and joined challenges—and cannot be undone.^4^
