Unable to find my exam details on Microsoft dashboard

Dear Team,
I had rescheduled my exam for 23 oct on 6th of October and got confirmed on Microsoft page. I am unable to find any details neither there is any email I had received on the conformation. I am unable to find any exam details on the Microsoft dashboard. Kindly check and support.
