mallware analysis final determination strays "pending"

Ik submitted an .exe file to the microsoft mallware submit file page, im already waiting 2 months now, the file comes out clean, but it keeps the final determination on "pending", after 1 month the file disappeares from my submit history, whta must i do? Please help, if someone knows a emailadres from microsoft who i can contact that will be fine to. Thanks have a nice day.

    thanks for the reply, but i cant find the contact wd response in the submission portal, i cant find it.
