Hello Team,

I passed the AI-103 — Developing AI Apps and Agents on Azure exam on October 14, 2026, through Pearson VUE (online). It has been 7 days since I passed the exam, but the certification is still missing from my Microsoft Learn Certifications section, and I have not received any certification confirmation email.

  • Pearson VUE shows Passed and provides my score report.
  • Microsoft Learn shows Passed under Past exams, but AI-103 is missing from the Certifications section.
  • I am using the same personal Microsoft account associated with my exam.

Support access issue:

I have repeatedly tried the official Credentials Support page, the direct support link (https://aka.ms/credentials-support), the alternative support link (https://aka.ms/CertificationSupport), and the Engage Center landing page and Help and Support view.

Every attempt redirects me to Microsoft Engage Center, which displays: “You don’t have access to this view.” It offers “Select another workspace,” but I have no other accessible workspace. There is no “Switch Tenant” option, and I cannot create or access the required workspace using my personal account.

I have retried these routes multiple times but remain unable to reach the support form or submit a ticket.

Could anyone from the Microsoft Learn community or the Microsoft Credentials team please advise how to resolve this issue? Specifically, I need help understanding why my certification credential is missing and finding an alternative way to contact Credentials Support, since the official support portal redirects me to an inaccessible Engage Center workspace.

Thank you for your help.

Engage Center Hub is the location for certification support. Personal accounts are supported and you can use a different account to your Learn account https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/services-hub/microsoft-engage-center/roles/microsoft-account-users.

I sometimes find that I need to use https://aka.ms/credentials-support twice.

If you do not see Microsoft Credentials selected against Product, create an account on the Engage Center Hub and then use the direct link https://aka.ms/credentials-support again.

If you see the message "You are currently logged in as a guested personal account, which may result in access issues on Engage Center." then click on "Sign in to Microsoft's tenant for Personal Users", select "Login to Engage Center", and then use the direct link https://aka.ms/credentials-support again.

If "No Access" is displayed, select Switch Tenant and choose your own tenant.

If your personal account is associated with an old tenant association, complete the initial sign-in once through this direct Engage Center link: https://engagecenter.microsoft.com/f8cdef31-a31e-4b4a-93e4-5f571e91255a.

If that does not work try https://engagehub.microsoft.com/#view/Microsoft_AzureCXP_EngageHub/EngageHubMenu.MenuView/~/helpSupport/targetExperience/sfb/sapId/de16815f-2fa5-576e-4946-70cae21a4eeb or https://engagehub.microsoft.com/#view/Microsoft_AzureCXP_EngageHub/MsaLanding.ReactView/targetExperience/sfb/sapId/de16815f-2fa5-576e-4946-70cae21a4eeb
