Hiya,

I've been reading up on Azure's Artifact Signing accounts for code signing, and I've set up an account in North Europe as new account creations were blocked in West Europe.

I saw there are some limitations for public trust certificates for organisations, but I've not found any indication that there are limitations to public trust certs for individuals. However, when I add my billing account as the identity, it gives me the following error:User's image

Can anyone confirm whether individuals can use this service in the UK?
