If the dues were paid recently, Azure subscription reactivation can take up to 24 hours.

If the subscription is still disabled after that:

    1. In the Azure portal, go to Subscriptions and select the disabled subscription.
    2. If Reactivate is available, select it.
    3. If there is a billing banner such as "This subscription is disabled because payment wasn’t received. Settle outstanding charges.", select the banner to open Settle Balance and confirm there is no remaining unpaid amount.
    4. If payment was processed and the subscription is still disabled, contact Azure support or create a support request for subscription re-enablement.

After reactivation, most resources resume automatically, but there can be a delay in creating or managing resources. If that delay exceeds 30 minutes after reactivation, contact Azure Billing Support. It is also recommended to check Azure resources and restart them if necessary.
