A Microsoft 365 tenant (commercial & IUR as partner) has been read-only across all SharePoint Online sites and all OneDrive accounts. I can't do anything. I have purchased Sharepoint Online Plan 2 before and it expires on 14/12/2026.Web_Photo_Editor Symptoms

  • SharePoint: "Tenant sites are in read-only right now"
  • OneDrive: "Your organization's storage is full. Your OneDrive is read-only right now."

Please help me! Thank you!

    Hi @Tran Minh Duc

Based on your description, the issue may be related to the SharePoint Online tenant storage quota being exceeded, which can cause SharePoint sites and OneDrive accounts across the tenant to become read-only.

Could you please ask your current Microsoft 365 administrator to verify the following:

Whether there have been any recent licensing or subscription changes made to the tenant.

The current SharePoint storage usage and available storage allocation from SharePoint Admin Center > Active sites.

    User's image

Additionally, please check Microsoft 365 Admin Center > Billing > Your products and confirm that the relevant subscriptions are active and not in an expired or grace state.

As a reference, please review SharePoint in Microsoft 365 Out of Storage Space, which explains tenant-wide read-only behavior caused by exceeding the SharePoint Online storage quota.

    Looking forward to your update.
