Hacked account and hacker changed my information

On vacation, a hacker got into my account, changed my account email to their email, and removed all of my information. I contacted recovery (the AI bot which I despise) and filled out sheets, and even called another department. I entered all of MY information that had been on the account, I showed them when they hacked, where, and the info they changed it to and they still can't validate it. I don't even know what to do at this point, what can I do/who can I talk to, I'm incredibly irritated with Microsoft's limited recovery support.
