I need to access the deceased person's account as the Court Appointed Personal Representative ASAP for completion of the Probate process.

I’m very sorry for your loss, and I understand the urgency of completing the probate process.

For privacy and legal reasons, Microsoft cannot provide access to a deceased person’s account based solely on Personal Representative documentation. Microsoft must be formally served with a valid subpoena or court order before it can consider releasing any account information or content. Accessing Outlook.com, OneDrive and other Microsoft services when someone has died
