    I’m very sorry for your loss, and I understand the urgency of completing the probate process.

    For privacy and legal reasons, Microsoft cannot provide access to a deceased person’s account based solely on Personal Representative documentation. Microsoft must be formally served with a valid subpoena or court order before it can consider releasing any account information or content. Accessing Outlook.com, OneDrive and other Microsoft services when someone has died

    Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum.
