Accidentally input wrong date of birth on account, now locked out via parental controls

Hello,

We are using new HP laptops for our point of sales system. When we set up the first laptop under the email (******@shoptradingpost.com), we accidentally put the incorrect date of birth and now the account is considered too young/a children's account.

Is there a way for us to change the date of birth on the account? Since we are considered underage ALL the settings are grayed out making it unable for us to change them.

We need this computer so we can run the sales of our business and at this time we cannot even use the laptop because of timing restrictions.
