Hi @Kioren Moss
First, please feel free to check out the AI answer
Since this happens only on certain worksheets, the blank area may be caused by a saved print area or page break, rather than Wrap Text itself.
On an affected sheet, try:
- Select View > Page Break Preview and check whether a page boundary surrounds the blank area.
- Select Page Layout > Breaks > Reset All Page Breaks.
- Select Page Layout > Print Area > Clear Print Area.
- Return to View > Normal and check the report again.
Excel calculates page breaks using settings such as paper size, margins, scaling, row height, and column width. A saved print area can also include cells that appear empty.
Hope this helps, please feel free to let me know if you need any further help.
Have a nice day!
