didnt get a refund option after Cancelling my Subscription

okay so for some reason i was charged like 35$ for something i didnt even pay for in the first place so i canceled it like everyone would now i expected like gamepass that it would ask me if i wanna refund it or keep it but nope it just canceled it and stole my money if there is anyway to solve it let me know

    I’m sorry you were charged unexpectedly. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal, but it does not always generate a refund. Refund eligibility is determined during the cancellation process based on the subscription, purchase date, and region.

    Please check Microsoft Order history to identify the $35 charge and see whether a refund was issued. If no refund option or refund status appears, contact Microsoft Support and select Billing and subscriptions.

    If the subscription was purchased through Apple, Google Play, or another seller, the refund must be requested from that seller.
