Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hi @HH
I’m sorry you’re experiencing this, particularly with your children’s accounts involved.
Microsoft 365 subscription ownership and remaining subscription time cannot be transferred to another Microsoft account. However, you and your children can keep your existing Microsoft accounts. Once those accounts have left the current family group, you can purchase Microsoft 365 Family under your own account, create a new family group, and invite your children.
Please check whether Leave family group is available next to your name on the Microsoft Family page. If it is unavailable, or if the children’s accounts cannot be removed, the current organizer normally needs to remove them. For child accounts, removal of parental consent may also be required.
Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators, contributors including external Microsoft employees cannot directly intervene in Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. Our role is limited to providing technical guidance on reported issues, requests, or ideas only.
If the organizer is unreachable or unwilling to cooperate, please contact Microsoft Support and explain that you cannot leave the family group or move the children’s accounts because the organizer is inaccessible.
Thank you for your understanding.
