    Hello Euhan Galapon

Thank you for reaching out and informed us about the issue with your Windows Hello authentication. based on your screenshot this error could be due to Windows Hello might be broken/corrupted, here's what you shout try next:

    1. Reboot the Windows Hello service
    • Open Windows run dialogue (Windows + R) > input services.msc > Enter
    • Look for Windows Biometric Service > Right-click > Restart
    • Set Startup tyle to Automatic

If the service is stopped and won't start, this could likely be the main culprit

    2: Check TPM status

    • Press (Win + R) > input tpm.msc
    • Check these sections to see whether if these are showing:
      • The TPM is ready for use
      • TPM version 2.0
    • If you see errors such as:
      • TPM not found, TPM unavailable, TPM initialization failed,... then windows hello could likely stop working
    1. Rebuild Windows Hello
    • Please go to C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\Microsoft
    • Delete the contents of the Ngc folder.
    • Reboot your PC
    • Go back to Settings → Accounts → Sign-in options and create a new PIN. This usually rebuilds Windows Hello.

Please try the steps and do let me know how it goes.
