Charged for a package I did not subscribe to

Last month (4 August 2026), I subscribed to Microsoft 365 Personal (US$ 8.49 per month). Only to see a deduction from my Visa card on 29 August 2026, charged for the Microsoft 365 Family yearly fee of US$ 104.99. I have cancelled the Microsoft 365 Family subscription, but I can still use it till 29 August 2027 apparently. My initial subscription (Microsoft 365 Personal (US$ 8.49 per month) has expired and is due for payment. I now tried to use the Microsoft 365 Family, which is already paid for without my doing the payment, but I am unable to, I don't even see this subscription on my Microsoft account.

What I need from your team is to allow me to change from Microsoft 365 Personal to Microsoft 365 Family, even though that is not the package I initially chose, or I demand a full refund, US$ 104.99 is a lot.

I hope to receive a prompt response.

Please provide some more detail on this, you indicate you have cancelled the Microsoft 365 subscription, is that correct, and if so, did you receive a full refund for that subscription?

Do you pay Microsoft directly for the subscription or do you purchase that through the Apple App Store?

If you did not receive a full refund, if you pay for the subscription through the Apple Apps Store you need to contact Apple Support on this link.

    https://support.apple.com/118428

Otherwise, this forum is just a user to user forum, no-one here has any account access, you will need to contact Microsoft Support directly, try using this method to contact their support.

    Go to this link: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus

    Select Microsoft 365

    Click 'Get Home Support'.

In the box provided, type billing.

Press Enter, then on the next page, scroll down and click 'Sign in to Contact Support'.

Navigate to Microsoft 365 and Office - Manage my Subscription.

Select the 'Chat with support agent in web browser' option
