I'm not sure what program you are signing up for, but if the requirement is to just have a different email address (and not a different outlook.com account) for each registration, then you might be able to just create multiple "aliases" all under one account?

You can create a new outlook.com email alias at https://account.live.com/AddAssocId

And you can see all of the aliases connected to an account at https://account.live.com/names/manage

If I'm totally missing the point of what you are trying to accomplish, please provide some more details on the program you are trying to register for.

• In a Private/Incognito browser session, open: https://aka.ms/sign-in-helper
• Scroll down to "Choose how you normally sign in, then enter your details"
• Click "With an email address"
• Enter your email address and click [OK]

Does it offer any suggestions on how to access the account?

Don't understand. You have already created a number of emails. Are you wanting to create even more? To replace the ones you already have but can't access?

Having more than one Microsoft account is not, by itself, the problem. The issue is more likely that Microsoft’s automated security system is flagging some of the accounts or verification activity as unusual.

Microsoft states that sign-ins, sign-ups, and verification requests are evaluated for risk. Repeated verification requests, multiple account interactions, or activity that differs from the normal pattern can trigger a temporary block.

Since you already waited several days, I would try the following on one affected account only:

1. Sign in at "account.microsoft.com".
2. If Microsoft offers an unblock/security-code option, use it.
3. You can use another phone number capable of receiving SMS; Microsoft says the number does not necessarily have to already belong to that account.
4. If the unblock page immediately says the account is still blocked, use the Microsoft Sign-in Helper instead of repeatedly retrying.
5. Avoid attempting to unlock all of the accounts repeatedly at the same time. Microsoft specifically warns that excessive verification requests can cause additional temporary blocks.

If the screen shows a link beginning with "aka.ms/" for account reinstatement, follow that specific link. Microsoft states that those requests are reviewed by its Online Safety team.

So, yes — you can have multiple Microsoft accounts. What you are seeing is more consistent with an automated security/anti-abuse block than a rule saying you are only allowed one email address.

If you can post the exact wording shown after you click Unblock — without posting the email address, phone number, or security code — we can determine whether this is a temporary verification block or a formal account suspension.

Based on what you described, the accounts may have been blocked by Microsoft’s automated anti-abuse system.

Microsoft can temporarily or permanently restrict accounts when it detects unusual activity, repeated account creation, automated sign-ins, or behavior associated with scripts/bots.

I would recommend stopping any automated activity on the affected accounts before trying to recover them.

For each blocked account:

Sign in at account.microsoft.com.

Follow the unblock prompt and request a security code.

Microsoft allows the code to be sent to any phone number that can receive SMS; it does not necessarily have to already be associated with that account.

If the account still cannot be unlocked, use Microsoft’s Sign-in Helper and follow the recovery path it provides.

Since you have already waited several days, I would avoid repeatedly attempting to sign in or requesting verification codes in rapid succession, because additional attempts can trigger further security restrictions.

If you regain access, I would also review the Recent activity page and change the password before reconnecting any third-party tools.

One important point: Microsoft Q&A contributors cannot manually unblock personal Microsoft accounts or override Microsoft’s anti-abuse controls. If the self-service unblock process fails, the Sign-in Helper / Microsoft Account Support path is the correct escalation route.
