My privacy buttons are greyed out and it wants me to age verify, Im already verified.

Today I was having trouble with a game that required xbox/microsoft age verification to access parts of the game. Which is weird since I'm 20 and I've already verified my account. I go to check microsofts age verification and it says to age verify again and all my privacy options are greyed out. When I click to verify it sends me to a web page saying I'm all set to go. What am I supposed to do. It's whatever that I have to verify again. My account is older than 15 years at this point
