Azure Support asked us to resubmit our rejected ACS Toll-Free Verification applications.
The original applications were rejected on August 24, 2026 for the following reasons:

However, while resubmitting, we mistakenly submitted the applications again with the old/stale website links. The applications are now submitted and cannot be edited.
The Azure portal instructs us to cancel them by emailing acstnrequest@microsoft.com, but that address does not exist; the email bounces with “acstnrequest wasn’t found at microsoft.com.”
How can we cancel or reopen these applications so we can resubmit them with the correct active production URLs?
