Signing in to the account in the Microsoft Authenticator app

I’m having a problem: I was logged out of my account in the app, and now I can't log back in. I’ve tried various methods, but nothing works. I need to access Outlook, but since it requires using this app, I can't get in; the app keeps throwing up various errors that prevent me from logging into my account. It is a student account, so I can't simply delete it. I would like you to just approve my sign-in request in the Microsoft Authenticator app so I can go back to using my email without issues. Thank you.

    Hello,

    I am sorry to hear of this. Since this is a student account, your school or university will manage the security settings for your email account. You will need to contact your school’s IT Help Desk or Technology Department to get back in.

    This should be a quick fix, so I hope it gets sorted ASAP for you.
