I have two charges on my credit card, one for 129.99 and one for 69.99. I want to cancel these charges.

Log into any Microsoft account you have on this link, if you find the subscription(s), select the subscription and click Manage, in there, you can cancel the subscription, and also disable the recurring billing on the subscription to stop any further payments on the subscription.

You may then be entitled to a refund, you can check your eligibility to a refund using the steps on this link.

If you are unable to find the subscriptions, if you are sure no-one else has access to your banking details, using any Microsoft account you may have, try using the steps they provide on this link to find out what that payment was for.
