How do I add more members to My Microsoft Family and can they have business emails

I would like to add more members to my Microsoft Family Access.

Also, can members have a work email address e.g. ******@trainline.co.uk

    Work/School Accounts can't be used (anymore) to create Personal Microsoft Account.

    Microsoft Family is for Personal use and uses only Microsoft Accounts, not Work/School accounts.

    Microsoft account can't have work email address.
