Two Xbox accounts but only one Microsoft account.

I know for sure I only have one Microsoft account with my email the same one I've always used on anything Xbox related. I was playing on my PlayStation when I was prompted and had to make an Xbox account to play Minecraft there while I has one already thinking it would just sign me back in I used the same email and now I have a second Xbox account that's fresh and completely empty and I tried signing out to log into my main account and I cannot do so it only lets me log into the empty account when trying and I don't want to re-purchase my games and re-add all my friends thanks to that. My main and full account I am wanting to sign back into and access is "Majiebooms" while the newly made one it forces me to log into that I do not want is "majieboom"

Left I want and can't access but see it is still up. Right I don't but is the only one I can access. Both the exact same Microsoft account, email, and password. Please help anyway you can I tried to explain it the best I could and I'll answer any questions as best I can to try and get my main account back.
