The least version update for Microsoft Office LTSC 2021 & 2024 problem

Refer to Microsoft release note as below. It mentioned the least version for Office LTSC 2021 Volume Licensed: Version 2108 is build 14334.20906 & the least version for Office LTSC 2024 Volume Licensed: Version 2408 is build 17932.20976.

In regular, we will down load the source of least version and put in the share folder for clients update.

However, the source link is still the 2026-08 version (Build 17932.20910) today. no least 2026-09 source available for down-load.

Beside, I have another laptop computer which configured to connect internet directly. However it showed the message is "You' re up to date!" but the MS version is still build 17932.20910.

May I know the least version build 17932.20976 has been released or not.

If yes, where can we get the source? Thanks.

Office LTSC 2024 Version 2408, Build 17932.20976 was released on September 8, 2026. The same release notes list Office LTSC 2021 Version 2108, Build 14334.20906 as the latest volume-licensed build.

However, based on your findings, the September 2026 installation source may not yet be available from the update source or content-delivery endpoint being accessed by your environment. This may also explain why the internet-connected device reports “You’re up to date” while remaining on Build 17932.20910.

As the next step, I recommend:

Open Word or Excel and select File > Account to confirm that the installed product is Office LTSC 2024 Volume Licensed.

Confirm that the installed version is Version 2408, Build 17932.20910.

Check whether the device is configured through Group Policy, registry settings, Microsoft Configuration Manager, or another management solution to use an internal update path.

Restart the Microsoft Office Click-to-Run Service, and then select Update Options > Update Now.

Thank you for your information. I have checked the configuration at client however I cannot check the office deployment tool.

Behind of that. I want to know any user also cannot get the update source or who get the source and update successfully.
