chat is blocked it said contact microsoft. i can't ask question or open it up you need to be contacted to fix it

    If this is a Teams Free chat showing “Wait for chat reply to continue messaging”, the recipient must accept the chat request again before messaging can continue. Teams Free only allows up to 10 messages before the recipient accepts the request.

    If the other person has not accepted the chat yet, they should open Chat requests and choose Accept/OK for that conversation.

    Because these permissions are centrally managed by your organization's internal IT department, individual end-users cannot unblock this setting themselves your IT Administrator or account owner must enable it for you.
