I renewed my subscription to Office 365 Basic for 19.99 on Aug 24. My purchase history for renewing this product in Aug goes back years.

What can I do to get my subscription's status such that I can run my Office programs?

    Hello,

    The basic plan is the problem because it doesnt include the office apps. It is only for 100GB OneDrive storage. See product information page: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/p/microsoft-365-basic/cfq7ttc0ktxs

    YOu need at least Microsoft 365 Personal in order to install/activate the apps.
