I understand that you are unable to claim the Office Home 2024 license included with your new laptop because the product page shows “Product is not currently available.”
Before trying to claim Office again, could you check whether Windows is activated? Open Settings > System > Activation and confirm that it shows Active.
Also check the Microsoft Store under Library > Included with device to see whether Office Home 2024 is listed. If Office Home 2024 appears there, the entitlement is detected on the laptop. If it is missing despite being advertised as included, the laptop manufacturer or retailer should verify the device entitlement using the receipt and serial number.
