My laptop- ProBook get problem with BitLocker Key shows on the screen and no alternative to log in the laptop , what can i do to resolve this problem?

    When your HP ProBook is showing the BitLocker recovery screen, it means the system drive is encrypted and Windows is asking for the recovery key before it can boot. There is no way to bypass this prompt; you must supply the correct BitLocker Recovery Key.

    The recovery key is automatically saved when BitLocker was first enabled. Common places to check are:

    Your Microsoft account at https://account.microsoft.com/devices -sign in with the same account you used on the laptop and look under “BitLocker recovery keys.”

    If the laptop is joined to an organization domain or Azure AD, the recovery key may be stored in Active Directory or Azure AD. In that case, contact your IT administrator.

    If you printed or saved the key during setup, check USB drives, printed documents, or cloud storage where you may have stored it.

    On some HP devices, if BitLocker was enabled by default, the recovery key is still tied to the Microsoft account used during initial setup.
