I HAVE A SUBSCRIPTION FOR MICROSOFT 365 PERSONAL. THE SUBSCRIPTION EXPIRES IN FEBRUARY 2027. HOWEVER, I RECEIVED NOTIFICATION THAT I WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CHARGED $99.99 IN OCTOBER 2026 FOR THIS SERVICE.

YOU CAN'T DO THAT FOUR MONTHS EARLY!!! PLEASE EXPLAIN!

Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services and tell me what renewal or expiration date is shown for Microsoft 365 Personal.

Go to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check if there is any Microsoft 365 charge or renewal listed for October 2026. Adjust the date range if needed.

Does the email show the same Microsoft account that has the subscription expiring in February 2027?

This will help confirm whether the October charge is tied to another subscription or if the email is incorrect.

I don't have another subscription. Looks like they're going to double bill me and that is clearly against the law.

I understand your concern. This forum is public, no one from here has access to your Microsoft Billing account.

Also, the email alone does not confirm that you will be double billed.

To help narrow this down, please tell me:

What exact renewal or expiration date is shown at https://account.microsoft.com/services?

Does https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders show any charge or order for October 2026? Adjust the date range if needed.

What exact date does the email say the $99.99 charge will occur?
