Hello, good day and thanks for your question. Sorry to know about this and I understand that you are unable to setup recurring billing for your Microsoft 365 subscription.

Another alternative for this is to try it on a different device and see how it goes from there.

If you will still encounter an issue even after trying out the alternatives, you can reach out to the support team at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/contactus/ and then click on Microsoft 365 and then click Get Home Support and then type in Billing question and click the blue button that says Sign in to contact Support and login and proceed from there.

For a Microsoft 365 home subscription, this is most often caused by a browser/session issue or a card validation mismatch.

    Try these steps in order:

    1. Open an InPrivate/Incognito browser window and try again.
      • If possible, also try a different browser.
      • This helps when the page accepts the details but the Save action does not respond.
    2. Check the saved payment method details.
      • Make sure the card has not expired.
      • Make sure the billing address and name entered for the card exactly match what the bank has on file.
      • If the card requires online, e-commerce, or international transactions to be enabled, confirm those settings with the bank.
    3. Go to Services & subscriptions and check the subscription status.
      • If the subscription already shows as confirmed or active, recurring billing may not need to be completed immediately.
      • If there is a past-due balance, select Pay now and update the payment method there.
    4. If the payment option is already saved but recurring billing still will not complete, update or add the payment method again from the Microsoft account billing area, then retry.
    5. If the page still does nothing after clicking Save, contact Microsoft Support.
