I want urgent helpppp plzz i forget my microsoft account password and now i unable to reseit my password because of authenticator and this app is also not installed in my android i have very imp doc saved plzzzzzzzzzzzzz helppp

If this is a personal Microsoft account, use this recovery path:

1. Start with the Sign-in Helper. It checks the account details entered and tells what action is needed.
2. On the sign-in page, select Forgotten your password? or use Reset password.
3. If verification options appear, choose another available method to receive a code.
4. If no verification option is available, or the listed email/phone is no longer accessible, use the Sign-in Helper.
5. If a code can be received, enter the first part of the email address or the last four digits of the phone number shown, select Get code, then use that code to continue.
6. If the account recovery still fails, complete the Account recovery form. Complete it from a device and location previously used to sign in to improve the chance of verification.

Important limits:

• If two-step verification is turned on and there is no access to any alternate verification method, support agents cannot send password reset links or change account details.
• If the Authenticator app was removed but other methods such as SMS or email were previously set up, use those instead from the sign-in flow.

If this is a work or school account, the path is different:

• Try Can’t access your account? and use any other verification method allowed by the organization.
• If the reset requires Authenticator and that app is no longer available, the organization’s IT administrator must update or reset the authentication methods.
• If self-service password reset is not enabled, the sign-in flow shows Contact your administrator.
