I've used only 4% of my cloud storage but am getting error flags when saving pictures. What's the problem?

    If you haven't tried anything yet:

    First, sign in to https://onedrive.live.com and check whether you can upload a picture there normally.

    If the issue still persists, to help narrow down the issue:

    1. What is the exact error message or error flag you see?
    2. Where are you saving the pictures: OneDrive in File Explorer, the Photos app, or another program?
    3. Does OneDrive in the taskbar show any sync error or warning?
