I cannot load in add-Inns

I cannot Load in Add-inns on excel or word. when i try sometimes i get a message saying something went wrong we were unable to retrieve the list. or the icon is greyed out and I cant access at all. It was all working fine until about three days ago

    Sorry to hear that you’re having trouble accessing Add-ins in Word and Excel. Since you mentioned that everything was working normally until about three days ago, could you please provide a little more information ?

    Could you share a screenshot of the exact message you receive when it says that the list cannot be retrieved? Is the Add-ins/Get Add-ins button greyed out in both Word and Excel, or does this happen only sometimes?

    Are you unable to access all add-ins, or is there a particular add-in you are trying to use? Did anything change on the computer shortly before the problem started, such as an Office or Windows update, account/sign-in change, antivirus or security software change, VPN/network change, or installation of new software?
